ACNH Player’s Dragon Ball-Inspired Island Is A Nostalgic Escape
A New Horizons player has recently displayed scenes from their island inspired by the famous and classic anime Dragon Ball.
The player goes by “Saiyan” on social media and has decorated his island with Dragon Ball-inspired buildings. It is impressive how meticulously the player has paid attention to details, including everything from Kame House and Master Roshi’s Lookout.
Fans of Dragon Ball will find a place to escape to on Saiyan’s island. They can explore all the favorite places of Goku and walk around. Saiyan even recreated famous scenes from the anime.
An Animal Crossing: New Horizons participants recently displayed their Dragon Ball-themed island in a fun montage that combines classic anime and Nintendo games scenes. Dragon Ball is most well-known for being one of the most popular manga and anime series. However, the franchise has also been influenced by a few video games. The newest, Dragon Ball The Breakers, will be arriving sometime next year.
On social media, “Saiyan,” an ACNH player, goes by the name of Saiyan. He has decorated his island with Dragon Ball-inspired landscapes, buildings, and characters. It is incredible how meticulously the ACNH player has paid attention to details, including Korin’s Tower and Master Roshi’s Lookout.
“My AC story began as a traveler islander named Saiyan. “I always wanted my island, and I didn’t know it would look like this,” Saiyan posted on Twitter.
Even going so far as to recreate iconic scenes from the anime series.

Dragon Ball and other media franchises are stakes in the gaming market, but Animal Crossing: New Horizons’ innovative gameplay allows almost any popular culture to be included. An Animal Crossing player recreated the poster for Mean Girls’ early 2000s comedy. This was done with four anthropomorphic animal villagers, Fiona, Ione, and Sasha. It accurately depicts the social pressures and dynamics of high school life. Another Animal Crossing player recreated the set of The Office using the new Happy Home Paradise DLC.

Like the previous examples, Reddit user Drabaz combined the Dragon Ball anime with their Animal Crossing New Horizons island design. Drabaz jokes about which anime episodes inspired their design choices by combining different Dragon Ball episodes scenes. Drabaz opens their island by showing Goku, the protagonist of Dragon Ball, competing against Krillin in a digging competition. The video then cuts to an area on their Animal Crossing island where a still from this scene has been etched into it. Another site of Drabaz’s Animal Crossing island was designed to look like Dragon Ball’s World Martial Arts Tournament arena. One user even commented that the island’s star is “easily.”
